Woman Intentionally Murdered Her Child In Imo State; Sucked Her Blood And Plugged Out Her Eye Balls

A 30 years old woman identified as Ifeoma from Onicha Uboma autonomous Community in Ihitte/Uboma Local Gover Government Area of Imo State was alleged to have killed her

one year old baby girl, gouged out her eyes from her eye socket and drank her blood.

In according with Daily independent, the heartless woman committed the vicious act inside her husbands shop who is a business man. Her husband Azubuike Emedom had returned from a business trip but could fine his wife and child. Out of anxiety and curiosity, he combed through the neighborhood in serious search of them but it all proved abortive. He later decided to search for them in his shop even though he thought it odd to look for them there as early as it was.
When he got to his shop, he discovered that it was locked from inside. He knocked severally for whoever it was to open the door but to no avail. He finally broke down the door but he his eyes saw shocked me to the bone marrow. He saw his wife carrying their lifeless child with her eye balls totally gouged out from the eye socket and blood gushing out of it. Meanwhile, the mouth of her wife was covered with blood. He also discovered that both hands and legs of the baby were broken.
According to a community leader who spoke under anonymity, he reveals that Ifeoma is of a ‘marine spirit.’”
“I believe she used this child for sacrifices, she sucked the blood of the child because by the time we caught her, her mouth was full of blood. She killed the baby intentionally. She always renders sacrifice to their gods in the river.
Some months ago, she attempted to kill a woman from our community. She injured the woman with a knife,” he said.
The suspect, Ifeoma has been arrested and detained at the Ihitte/Uboma Police station.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Andrew Enwerem, the Police Public Relation Officer of the Imo Police Command confirmed the story and said that investigations were going on.
