Second Chibok Girl Rescued
One of the missing Chibok School Girls identified as Serah Luka has been rescued. The girl who is believed to be one of the abducted Chibok girls was found by the soldiers during a rescue operation last night.
According to the Army Spokesman, Col. Usman Sani Kukasheka, Luka is the daughter of Pastor Luka, one of the parents of the missing Chibok girls. She is believed to be number 157 on 219 missing Chibok girls’s list.
During a debriefing, Luka revealed that she was in JSS1 at the time they were abducted. She is a descent of Madagali in Adamawa state. Presently, she is receiving medical care at a medical facility in Abogo Largema Cantonment, Biu, Borno state.
Meanwhile, the Colonel added that 97 women and children who were under the captivity of the Boko Haram sect were rescued.
