Comrade Joe Ajaero, the factional president of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) says his faction won’t participate in a planned strike action against the hike in pump price of petrol
. Speaking to newsmen in Abuja, Ajaero said that his faction should be counted out of the planned strike action that is scheduled to commence today. According to him, the present economic crisis many Nigerians are encountering will aggravate if the strike holds.
However, he alleged that the Ayuba Wabba led faction of the Nigeria Labour Congress was demanding loan of N2 billion they collected to purchase house to be written off by the government.
