College Admission Requirement:

5 O’level credit at SSCE, NECO or its equivalent as the credit passes include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Economics and Biology/Agricultural Science. A pass in Physics is considered.

2) College of Humanities

  • English (B.A)
  • History and International Studies (B.A)
  • Literature (B.A)
  • Philosophy (B.A)
  • Religious Studies (B.A)

College Admission Requirements:

  • 5 O’level credits at SSCE, NECO ot its equivalent in English Language and 4 (four) other Arts and Social Science subjects
  • For B.A History and International Studies, the 4 subjects must include History or Government
  • For B.A English, the other 4 subjects must include Literature in English

3) College of Social Sciences

  • Demography and Social Statistics (B.Sc)
  • Mass Communication (B.Sc)

College Admission Requirements:

  • For B.Sc. Mass Communication, the five O’level credits must include English Language and Literature in English. At least a pass in Mathematics is needed
  • For B.Sc. Political Science, International Relations and Public Administration, five O’level credis in English Language, History/Government and any other three subjects. At least a pass in Mathematics is required
  • For B.Sc. Economics, Demography and Social Statistics, candidates must have five O’level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other 2 Arts or Social Subjects subjects

4) College of Natural Sciences

  • Biochemistry (B.Sc)
  • Ecology and Environmental Studies (B.Sc)
  • Physics Electronics (B.Sc)
  • Computer Science (B.Sc)

  • Statistics (B.Sc)

College Admission Requirements:

  • For B.Sc. Biochemistry, 5 O’level credits at SSCE or its equivalent including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
  • For B.Sc. Computer Science, 5 O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any of Biology, Chemistry, Geography and Economiics
  • For B.Sc. Physics Electronics, as in Computer Science
  • For B.Sc. Microbiology, Agricultural Science is Acceptable in lieu of Biology
  • For B.Sc. Statistics, 5 O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics and at least two from the following: Further Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Chemistry and Geography
