DENMARK: DANISH Aid Worker, Anja Ringgren Loven Presented with a Medal of Honour for Rescuing Akwa Ibom Boy Tagged a Witch

Anja Ringgren Loven, a Danish Aid worker who saved a little boy, Hope after been labeled a witch in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State is rewarded for her large heart and altruism. Yesterday, the 23rd of May, Anja received a Danish Medal of Honor in Demark for her self-sacrificing, extraordinary and valiant effort in rescuing the vulnerable children in Nigeria.

According to her on Facebook, the Danish Medal of Honour she received is called “The Niels Ebbesen Medal which was given to her in the City Hall of Randers, Denmark.

Anja Ringgren Loven was appreciated for taking such a daring step in such a dangerous mission few people tread even though people know what it means for such defenseless children to end up in the streets in despair.
However, Anja Ringgren Loven attributed the Medal of Honour she won to David who she said that without whom she would not have been where she is today. She said that David is not only the father of her son. She described him as her hero, biggest inspiration and most amazing man.
