The Federal College of Education (Special) Oyo in affiliation with the University of Ibadan requests for application from qualified candidates into the approved full-time undergraduate degree programmes.
The college which is only but one in the country mandated to train special education teachers as well as other personnel was set up in October, 1977.

Requirements for Admission/Eligibility for the 2016/2017 Federal College of Education, Oyo (Special) Degree Admission Screening Exercise
- Candidates who made the College their preferred choice of institution in the 2016 UTME application form
- Candidates must have sat for the 2016/2017 UTME and scored a minimum of 180 and above
- Candidates who sat for the 2016/2017 UTME and scored 180 and above but did not choose the college can apply
- Candidates who applied to JAMB for Direct Entry
Registration Procedures/Methods for the 2016/2017 Federal College of Education, Oyo (Special) Degree Admission Screening Exercise
Ai). Candidates are required to pay the Admission Portal Access Fess of Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N2,500.00) only into FCES/UI Admission Processing Fee Account below:

Note that the teller should have full names of the candidate (Surname first) as in the UTME Result slip preceded by the JAMB Registration Number as the Payee (Depositor) as shown below: 85155889FE/OGO-OLUWA MOBOLAJE OPEYEMI
ii). After payment, prospective candidates are to visit www.fcesuidegree.com or http://www.fcesuidegree.com/ and click on Pre-Admission Screening under Prospective Student
iii). Candidates are required to provide Teller Number and UTME Registration Number to access the Portal and submit their bio-data as well as O’Level and/or NCE results
iv). Candidates should make sure that the online forms are carefully filled following al the relevant instructions as mistake(s) may lead to automatic disqualification.
Bi). The online forms are to be filled in Capital letter only
ii). Candidates can go back to the portal up till Saturday, September 30, 2016 to edit/complete their previous entres or otherwise review and print their submissions. Please make sure that you click ‘Final Submission’ before printing. Applicants should note that no more editing can be done after the final submission.
iii). Functional email addresses and GSM numbers should be supplied to enable the College reach candidates in the course of the Admission exercise whenever the need arises.
iv). Candidates are required to upload their passport photographs, signature, UTME Original Result Slip and all results. The image format for the passport and signature is JPEG in the specification given. The photographs must be on white background which should show both ears, without glasses, headgear or cap.
v). An online help desk platform on firstname.lastname@example.org will be available to handle every genuine enquires.
vi). Candidates should note that it is only when an O’Level result is deficient for a course of choice that another result may be presented to complement. Candidates presenting two O’level results (six credits at two sittings) should enc=sure that the comprehensive details of both are submitted.
vii) The deadline for submission of bio-data/O’level may not be extended. Any candidate whose data is not submitted within the time stipulated may not be considered for screening and admission
viii). Misrepresentation/Falsification of documents is a serious offence. Candidates are therefore advised to submit genuine documents only. Anyone found guilty of this offence will be disqualified automatically and may be handed over to the Law Enforcement Agents

a). Candidates are expected to note that payment of Admission Portal Access Fee of N2,500.00 is for processing of each application of candidate. This does not guarantee admission
b) Direct Entry candidates are to come with two copies each of photography of credentials, online registration form, payment teller, JAMB (DE) Registration and coloured passport on or before Friday, September 29, 2016 at the Directorate of Degree and Diploma Programmes of the College.
