2016/2017 Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro Post-UTME Screening Exercise: Eligibility, Registration and Screening Details

Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro is inviting all the interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for the pre-admission screening exercise into the various programmes for the 2016/2017 academic session. The Screening for Delta Polytechnic has been scheduled to take place on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th of September 2016.

Eligibility for participation for the 2016/2017 Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro Post-UTME Screening Exercise

  • All candidates who selected Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro as their first and/or second choice of institution in the last UTME
  • Candidates must have scored 180 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by JAMB in the 2016/2017 admission exercise
  • Candidates who did not have Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro as their choice but wish to be put into consideration for an admission by the institution and have a national minimum score of 180 and above can participate in the screening exercise

Purchase and Completion of 2016/2017 Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro Post-UTME Screening Application Form

  • All interested candidates are expected to pay a Screening Fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only in favour of Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro. The Screening Fee should be paid in the following banks:

Unity Bank Plc

First Bank Plc

IC Global Bank in Ozoro branch only

After paying the fee, they will be given Scratch Card by the same bank

  • Proceed to the Delta State polytechnic’s portal www.dspzportaledu.net
  • Click on “Admission”
  • Click on “Post-UTME”
  • Enter your JAMB Registration Number as Username
  • Type in your Voucher Card Pin Code in the provided fields
  • Then, Apply. It is important that your form is completed ONLINE

Documents/Materials Required for the 2016/2017 Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro Post-UTME Screening Exercise

All candidates interested to participate in the Screening exercise are advised to appear before the different screening panels with the following:

  • UTME Original Result Slip that contains their passport photograph
  • 5 (five) recent passport photograph
  • Two copies of their Online Screening Application Form
  • O’level result (WAEC, NABTEB, NECO, etc)
  • Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
  • Certificate of State of Origin by their Local Government Area
  • Teller for the purchase of Post-UTME Screening Application Form

  • Date of Screening Exercise is as stated in the groupings in the table above
  • Venue: School/Departmental Screening Hall
  • Candidates whose declaration of UTME scores and Ordinary Level Grades are not genuine will be automatically be disqualified for admission into Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro because the institution will interface with JAMB as well as the websites of other different examination bodies in the course of the Screening Exercise.
