2016/2017 Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) Post-UTME/DE Screening Exercise: Eligibility, Registration and Screening Details

This is inform all candidates of UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) and Direct Entry (DE) who applied for admission into the degree programmes of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) Ondo State for the 2016/2017 academic year that the admission screening registration has begun.

Eligible Candidates for the 2016/2017 Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) Post-UTME/DE Screening Exercise

  • Candidates who chose Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) as their first choice of university in the 2016 UTME
  • Candidates must have scored a minimum of 180 and above
  • Direct Entry (DE) candidates who selected Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) as either their first or second choice

All the candidates eligible to apply for the admission screening exercise are to log on t the AAUA website at www.aaua.edu.ng to register for the screening exercise starting from 26th July 2016 after they must have paid an amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N2,500.00) only at any following bank branches through E-Transact:

  • Access Bank
  • Eco Bank
  • First Bank
  • Heritage Bank
  • Keystone Bank
  • Skye Bank
  • Wema Bank
  • Zenith Bank

Candidates will be issued a bank-generated receipt as soon as they pay. The bank-generated receipt will contain their Receipt Number and Confirmation Code for the Online Registration

Guidelines to Candidates for the Online Registration of the 2016/2017 Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) Post-UTME/DE Screening Exercise

  • Candidates should visit the University Portal HERE
  • Click on ‘2016/2017 Admission Screening’
  • Candidates are to get a print-out which contains the Confirmation Order Number from the Bank upon payment of Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira (2,500.00) only using your JAMB Registration Number
  • Candidates are to log on to the Registration website at ase.aaua.edu.ng to confirm payment and to continue with the admission screening registration.

General Instructions to all Candidates

  • Candidates are advised to accurately upload their results and any other needed information on the portal
  • Any falsification of result attracts automatic disqualification to the candidate
  • Candidates are to click on ‘Admission Requirements’ so as to check on O’level requirements for their course of choice
  • Candidates are advised to acrefully read the O’level requirements of their courses and choose the right 5 (five) subject combinations for their courses which must include credits in English Language and Mathematics
  • A maximum of 2 (two) sittings is permitted in the case of O’level requirements
  • AAUA accepts NECO, NABTEB and WAEC results
  • Awaiting Result candidates should endeavour to upload their results once it is released but not later than 30th September, 2016
  • It is mandatory for the candidates to sit for the screening exercise to enable the university to capture every relevant entry requirements for the admission exercise
